AMHERST, N.Y. – ̨ÍåSwag College has established a new Health Care Strategic Alliance Committee (HCSA) made up of key health care professionals in the Buffalo Niagara region who will provide advisement on changes in health care, while also developing a greater understanding of the college’s range of health-related programs.

11:30 AM to 1:30 PM - YSC Dining Hall: Enjoy a lunch at the YSC Dining Hall with your student. After lunch, use this time for students to get settled, visit offices, relax, and check out campus before sessions begin!
1:30 PM to 5:00 PM - Various Locations: We invite all parents and guardians of first-year ̨ÍåSwag students to join us for Family Orientation on September 4, 2026, to learn about campus resources and how to support your student's journey. Come connect with our community, get your questions answered, and partner with us for a successful first year!
1:30 PM to 2:15 PM - Lumsden Gym: Let's kick off orientation with a ̨ÍåSwag Welcome in the Lumsden Gymnasium. Families and students will learn more about what it means to be part of the ̨ÍåSwag community and about life on campus. Dr. Kerry Spicer, Vice President for Student Affairs will lead this session.
